Websites
A website you own, that you can actually measure
Most business websites are built to look good, launched, and then left alone for years — with nobody checking who owns them or whether they record anything at all.
Audit to solution
What we find on existing sites
Four findings account for most of the damage. Each one has a defined fix.
What the audit may find
Nobody is certain who controls the domain, the hosting or the CMS.
Business consequence
A supplier relationship ending, or a lapsed renewal, can take the site offline and there is no documented way to get it back.
The signalIQ solution
An access map and written ownership register across domain, hosting, CMS, analytics and advertising, with roles cleaned up and transfers completed.
What the audit may find
The site looks fine but reports nothing.
Business consequence
You cannot say how many people visited, where they came from, or how many enquired — so no decision about the site can be evidence-based.
The signalIQ solution
A measurement foundation built into the site itself: page structure, events, forms and the conversion definitions that make traffic legible.
What the audit may find
Enquiry forms send to one inbox, or to a plugin that quietly stopped working.
Business consequence
Enquiries are lost silently. Nobody notices, because there is no second record to reconcile against.
The signalIQ solution
Forms that write to a durable record and acknowledge the sender, with delivery monitored rather than assumed.
What the audit may find
Every campaign points at the homepage.
Business consequence
Visitors have to hunt for what the ad promised, and no campaign can be measured separately from general site traffic.
The signalIQ solution
Campaign landing pages with their own conversion events, thank-you states and testing structure.
What we implement
Four defined engagements
Which one you need depends on whether the existing site is worth keeping — the audit answers that before you commit to anything.
Custom website build
Discovery, information architecture, responsive design, development, CMS or admin requirements, forms, analytics foundation, SEO and machine-readable structure, deployment and handover — built around your customer journey and integrations.
Typically 4–8 weeks for a standard business site · Custom quote
Rebuild or conversion upgrade
For sites where a full rebuild is not warranted: ownership and access review, UX fixes, landing-page improvements, forms, tracking repair, performance and SEO fundamentals, conversion events.
Typically 1–4 weeks · Custom quote
Campaign landing page
A page designed to convert one defined audience, with the form, CTA tracking, thank-you state and basic testing included, so the campaign can be judged on its own.
Typically 1–3 weeks · Fixed setup fee
Account ownership recovery
Access map, admin review, role cleanup, transfer support, two-factor guidance and a written ownership register you keep.
Typically 3 days–3 weeks · Custom quote
Durations are typical ranges for planning purposes, not commitments. The actual timeline depends on access, content readiness and the state of the existing platform, and is fixed in the written scope before work starts.
What becomes measurable
From a brochure to an instrument
- Sessions, sources and landing pages — with a written definition of what each number counts.
- Enquiries as a recorded event, reconcilable against the CRM rather than against somebody's inbox.
- Per-campaign performance, because each campaign has a page it can be measured on.
- Page speed and mobile experience as tracked measures, re-checked after each release rather than at launch only.
- A current ownership register naming who controls the domain, hosting, CMS, analytics and advertising accounts.
Engagement options
How involved you want us to be
The same capability, offered six ways. You are not required to buy the whole thing to get any of it.
Strategy only
Structure, journey and page plan only — what the site needs to do and why. Someone else builds it.
Audit or review only
A website review: ownership, measurement, conversion path, speed and mobile. Findings are yours regardless of what you do next.
Setup only
Ownership recovery, tracking and forms set up correctly on the site you already have.
Implementation project
A build, rebuild or landing page delivered to a written scope with a defined handover.
Ongoing management
Continuous improvement: releases, conversion work and testing against measured findings.
Full-service partnership
The site is maintained as part of the whole system, in step with campaigns, content and CRM.
What this doesn't include
We would rather write this down now than argue about it later.
- Photography and filming. You supply source assets, or production is quoted separately.
- High-volume copywriting. We structure the pages; large content programmes are their own scope.
- Complex e-commerce, customer portals and bespoke software — see custom systems, which is scoped and quoted separately.
- Third-party subscription fees (hosting, CMS, plugins, domains) are billed to you by the provider.
- Unlimited revisions. Repair work is also bounded by the current platform: an unsupported system may need rebuilding instead.
Where this connects
A site is only useful if what sits behind it works
Find out what state your website is actually in
The audit checks the public site, the tracking it exposes and the path from landing to recorded enquiry — and says plainly what it could not verify.
